I always love the scenery when taking off from our little one runway airport. Early morning flights on a clear day are my favorites to photograph
(Except for the actual "getting out of bed and moving" part)
All the pale peaches and yellows...
...make for a beautiful flight!
Well, at least along the west coast.

ReplyDeleteYes... but this inveterate travel is, meanwhile, mesmerised and impressed by the angled walk-on which she wishes every airport in the world provided! Nothing causes trembles more than the steep steps most have - (though it's academic now as with 'special assist' there is usually a lift involved!) YAM xx

ReplyDeleteI read something interesting in yesterday's paper. Frontier airlines (el cheapo) is flying out of RDU now; however, they are getting some complaints. They are charging folks to store luggage in overhead bins.

I like United(they are the only airline that flies out of our little airport)..but really love Southwest airlines and their friendly skies and no luggage fees :-).
