As our second year in Humboldt County begins, I am realizing just why they call is Faugust instead of August. The days start out foggy....clear off between 10 and Noon and then the fog creeps back in between 3 and 5. No worries, I am more than willing to pay this price for the cool ocean temps!! I am lacking a bit of sun in my POD's unless I travel out of the county (where hot temps and blue skies take over :-)!

ReplyDeleteStrewth.. we really do have commonality of geographically affected climate! Yet, again, so beautiful... YAM xx
Love this foggy scene. It does keep it cool and if you miss the sun it's a short drive away. That does make the coast a great place to live.
