ReplyDeleteI adore lupins as a flower - but not too many folks remember that they are a food crop; their legumes (beans/seeds) are highly nutritious, filled with protein and, of course, gluten-free. As with kidney beans, they require soaking and either boiling or roasting to remove any toxicity.
